The MRFA is acknowledged to be the representative voice of the Manitoba restaurant and foodservice industry by government departments, educational institutions, media, and the general public. The association strives to provide leadership ensuring access to training and professional development for all people involved in the operation and management of restaurant and foodservice facilities in Manitoba.

The association takes pride in providing information to our members on issues that impact the food service industry. The association membership is comprised of over 550 restaurant and foodservice establishments and consists of national chain and independent operations. They include quick service operators, restaurants, hotels, educators, and foodservice suppliers.
